S-300 and S-400 systems against other weapons and aircraft

S-300 and S-400 systems against other weapons and aircraft

Russian missile systems are actually very effective, and the problem of those missiles is that they are also sold to Turkey and South Korea. The thing what makes that kind of trade very complicated is that the USA afraid that Russians would test their missile systems against F-36 fighters, and somehow adjust them to destroy STEALTH-systems, and probably for that purpose is used the combination of optical telescopes and multiband radars.

There is claiming, that the S-300 and S-400 systems are immune for jamming. But the thing what kind of system is used for making that immunity is not uncovered. It must base some kind of hybridization of optical cameras, multi-band radars or laser radars, what are using many frequencies at the same time.

Of course, high-power plasma- or microwave-based systems, where the is used targeted high-power EMP-pulses can damage those systems. But also Israeli has created systems, what are used against S-300 and S-400 missile launchers, and that system is called "Mini Harpy". The thing in "Mini Harpy" is that the system is visible in normal radar, and it can shot by using the Anti-aircraft systems. The "Mini harpy" is a small weight drone, what can launch from ten missile box-magazine.

The anti-aircraft system can shoot down those drones quite easily, and there is a possibility that the advanced anti-aircraft missiles can drop those drones easily, but the problem with "Mini Harpy" is that they can use as the swarms. Those small- lightweight kamikaze drones can fly low, and attack against other targets, and they can use to force the enemy to shoot their anti-aircraft missiles away.

In this tactics drones force to shoot the big-size anti-aircraft missiles against them, and in this case the user needs sooner or later the replacements for the missile storage. But this thing is pure speculation. And maybe the operators of the S-300 and S-400 systems use some other systems to support those missiles against this kind of threats.
