Empathy is an ultimate tool in working life.

When we are talking about empathy, we are thinking that kind of things doesn't belong in the working life. Sometimes people say, that empathic leader is weak, but when we are thinking that case in another way, the mission of the empathy is to make harder to resist the boss. When the henchmen think that boss is a nice guy, they are talking things freely, and that kind of things would uncover many things, what can be solved by the team leader very effectively.

And that is the thing, what makes the work of the team leader very difficult. That person must get real information about the works in the team, and if there is somebody, who doesn't do the jobs as they should that kind of information must go to the ears of the boss. The thing is that being kind and polite, would that kind of behavior would make harder to say something against the boss.

Even in the situations, where the henchman is kicked off, there would be nice to ask, does that person know the reason, why the career in that company is ended? Or does that person even understand, how terrible was something was? And also the reason why somebody always speaking bad things about some workmates should be asked, and even if the other person would do a bad job, the reason should be asked, why that worker didn't come straight to the bosses office, that the separation process can be done immediately. 

Empathy or ability to see, what other persons feel is an effective and powerful social tool in life. When we are thinking about the ability to listen, what other people are talking or listen to the words, what they use while arguing that thing would uncover the things, why somebody acts like that. Empathy is not a thing, where every kind of behavior is tolerated. This is one of the greatest misunderstandings about that thing.

When we are in a superior position, and somebody is starting to blame us something, what everybody else has been done before, and that thing seems like a revolt, we can act two ways. One is to order that person to go home immediately. And this is what that kind of person is sometimes wanted to do. When that person goes home, the story what this inmate tells is that the thing is a small case and the boss overreacts.

Or the other thing what the boss can do is listen, what that person says, and then say that every person or new persons in the company has done those things before, and then ask the reason, why the job is not suitable for the henchman. If the person is some kind of popular actor in the team, every person of the team would be asked, what are they done that thing, when they started. 

And the third thing, what we can ask if the person is always late is the reason, why the thing is not suitable for this worker? In this case, the person would always be late in those meetings, and then the boss would start meeting without that person, and then ask the reason, why that meeting was not part of that worker's working day?

That is the thing, what that person would want to tell in the bosses workroom privately, that there is not so much audience around the boss and the henchman.  Maybe that worker has always something to say about the way to act in the firm, and maybe the boss would ask a couple of pages long report, what n the firm should people do better or by another way.

And the thing is that the order can be given that everybody would hear that. Maybe other members of the team might get that report, and maybe there would be many suggestions because that person seems to have so many critics about the actions, what the firm has made wrong.
