Dr. Sigmund Freud has been written lots of things about libido and orgasm. In the case of Freud, those things have many more meanings that for some normal person. The terminology what Freud uses is very complicated, even it seems simple at first sight. The texts of that person are full of symbol, and sexuality symbolizes the secret world, what is in the human mind.

In this text, I will write the thing about the psychoanalysis. There are actually two types of versions of psychoanalysis. The original or so-called classic version, which was created by Dr. Sigmund Freud. In that version, the psychoanalyst doesn't give medicals to the patient. And in the "modern" version of psychoanalysis created Dr. Carl Jung, under the supervision of Freud. That version of the medical treatment would be accepted in this therapy.

Normal people would at the same time shame and protect that world, and the thing what that term means is the thing what people should handle in the psychoanalysis. Libido is the thing, what satisfies the person, and what person also wants to keep in mind.  When Freud created his methodology, what is called as the Freudian psychoanalysis, the first thing, what the person, who operate with client or patient must be done is to make the map about things, what patient wants to speak, and what that inmate wants to hide.

So the psychoanalysis is not the medical treatment. It is meant for the tool, what is used to analyze the mind of the patient, and that thing is the most important thing when the medical, and treatment would be planned and executed.

Of course, the psychoanalysis can help a person to handle feelings and willings, and those things are really important when the behavior of the patient wanted to change. The psychoanalysis is handling very personal things, and it can be used with or without medical treatment.

The role of the psychoanalyst is to follow the reactions of the patient when the discussion handles things, which is very sensitive and personal. Those reactions are things like yelling, violent behavior like punching the analyst or treating the analyst or some other members of the medical team.

If the patient is violent, the psychoanalyst would punish the patient and if the reaction is what is willing to get, the patient would be gifted. And that makes psychoanalysis very effective tool for qualified persons for supporting the other methods.

But still, in today the remarkable thing about the psychoanalysis is that sometimes this method is used as therapy, and in other cases that are purely the method, what to use as finding out the problems, what the patient has. The thing what makes this method the long and very hard for the patient is that Dr. Freud was not used medical treatment during this process. That has caused blaming, and Freud explained that thing in this case medicals would cover some dangerous things in the patient's mind.

Modern psychiatry is using different methods and more advancing tools than Sigmund Freud, but even in the most modern research rooms, the main role is the sofa. Of course, modern medical treatment is more advancing, than some cocaine injections. And in the version, what created Dr. Carl Jung the medical treatment is, how we should say, accepted.

In the most modern version, all electronic equipment would be covered, and the psychoanalyst can record things like speech, but also the functions of the parasympathetic nervous system. Those things would cause that in the modern world the classic psychoanalysis would be the most effective tool for finding out things, what person wants to cover. And for the effective medical treatment, the patient must be honest or therapy would fail.
