The algorithms and computers would give power for recruiters of the workers

When we are thinking cases, where a human makes decisions, who to hire in the job, and who of the job seekers is the best, we are facing cases, where the candidate is very good to please the recruiters. This makes sometimes possible to confuse interviewers, and the place would go to the person, who has no experience or training for that mission.

In fact, some people are good to manipulate and please the other people, that they forget to check that if those people have not necessary training for their missions. In those cases, the working experience of those people has been impressive, but there were not any schools, but the thing is that those people have been good to turn the view in the working experience, what is full of well-known companies and good positions as the "chief of the team".

And sometimes the interviewer has forgotten to look at the official training and certificate papers of that person. Actually, sometimes even the ID-papers has forgotten to look when on the other side of the desk has been sat the handsome person, who has an impressive collection of the working experiences.

This is why we should use modern technology, where the computer picks up candidates, who have necessary skills, in the point of view of the official papers. In some situations, the person needs some kind of official training for the job, where the main role of the worker ta act as the supervisor of some building sites, or the company is looking for the lawyer. In those jobs, the law orders, that the person who works in those jobs must have proper training.

And in this kind of cases, the computer can pick the persons, who have the necessary training for that job. But there might be a very little thing in the form, what the candidate must fill, before entering the interview, and it is that that inmate must fill those things to form self.

And if there is some data, what is not true, information of that would send to the officials, who would continue with those cases, that some person, who has no training at all claims that they were some judges or something like that. Also, the dates, where the person has got the working experience can also be checked from the government, and if there would be differences about those dates and tax payments, the system might tell that to officials, who would make decisions, how they continue with those cases. That would save time and money if that kind of checks can be made automatically because if there are no rights to make those works, the price can be very high.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies. The metamorphosis in the material can thermally activate.  AI is the ultimate tool for metamaterial research. Metamaterials are nanotechnical- or quantum technical tools that can change their properties, like reflection or state from solid to liquid when the electric or optical effect hits that material.
