1) Dimension manipulation

Many people think that this kind of technology is the only joke, but I must say, that it is theoretically possible to cover the layer with the thing, what is called "quantum fur" The idea in this kind of technology is that the layer is covered with the fur, what acts like the fur of spiders or some other water bugs. The fur of those bugs keeps the water away from the core of those animals and they are like in the small bubble, where is no water inside it. 

So the idea of the quantum fur is similar. That small structure would keep the electromagnetic space from the layer, and that thing makes the "bubble of nothing" around that layer. The thing is that it would be able to make the object inside the "quantum bubble" what makes it invisible. 

But there is theoretically possible that this kind of quantum bubble would be able to make time move faster and traveling to the past possible. This is the thing, that is called the "dimension manipulation". 

2) Making things invisible to the human eye would base the effect, called wave suppression. 

The problem with turning light away from the target is that every single wavelength of that radiation must turn separately, or that thing must be suppressed by using a very accurate method. The thing is that the light, what comes to the observer must have the same power and wavelength, what the incoming light has. That would cause the same effect with the wave and counterwave causes in the water. 

When counterwave and wave have the same power, that would cause that the wave would be suppressed. And it would turn invisible. The same thing that happens in the water, happens also with the electromagnetic wave movements. So that means by suppressing the incoming wave movement would the system deny that the electromagnetic radiation would not skip from layer to the eye of the observer, and that thing would make the object invisible for the human eye. The same methodology would work with the infrared and UV-cameras. 

3) The wave suppression is making the quantum stealth possible, and sometimes is researched the material, what is called "quantum velvet". 

That material could be elastic, and it would be equipped with the nano-sized prisms or mirrors, which is targeting the snapping radiation bevel with the snapping radiation. And that thing would make the counter radiation from the object weaker. 

If the layer is covered with the mirrors, what are aiming the light crossing the radiation echo, what comes from that layer, that thing could cause the effect, that the crossing light-waves are suppressing the wave movement. Or if the crossing light is stronger than the light, what would snap from the layer, that stronger light would pull the weaker light to it. 

The idea is similar to the death star laser, where the middle layer of the structure would pump by the energy of other lasers. And the stronger laser would pull other rays with it. So how to make the flying aircraft invisible. One version is to use the light-layer, which would push the light away from the layer between the aircraft and observer. 

There is also planned to create the clothes, which are using this effect to make people invisible. So there is a possibility that the "shadow people" would be military personnel, which are using this kind of technology.
