Antimatter and the "doomsday machines"
1) What if the crystal skulls are electron capacitors, what are made under the supervision of British or U.S military forces in the 19th century?
At first, I must say that some urban legends about the technology, what ancient "Indians" have, are ideas, what are introduced, modern scientists. So when we are thinking about modern researchers, there is a possibility that somewhere is a top-secret research team codename "Mayans". And then another thing, what we must realize is that the urban legends, as well as many other things, are giving ideas to create the modern ultimate secretive military technology.
So when we are thinking about things like crystal skulls, that can be the thing, what is put on the top of the cathode tube, and then target to the bite, what is covered with leaf gold. In this case, the high-priests stick would be the cathode tube, and the crystal skull would be the capacitor, which is put on the top of that tube. There is a possibility that the things are made some researchers like J.J (Joseph John) Thompson (1856-1940)(1), who invented electron, and maybe those things were made under the supervision of the military research unit.
2) Is the mythic "Eldorado" some kind of doomsday machine?
One of the strangest tales in the world is the Mayan prediction of the end of the world in the year 2012, and that thing seemed to be a hoax, but there was one thing, what has connected to the mythic "Eldorado" and the thing, what is known as "doomsday machine". If we would cover the entire city by using the leaf gold, what is extremely thin, there is a possibility, that if the high-power particle burst hit to that area, it would turn a large number of electrons to the anti-electrons or "positrons", and when that happens those high-energy particles would start the annihilation.
When we are thinking about this kind of thing, we might think that this thing is a hoax, but then we can remember that the leaf gold is used as particle accelerators for creating antimatter. In those cases, the cathode ray would be targeted to the leaf gold, and that causes that the "spin" of electrons would turn to the opposite. This thing turns the electrons in its mirror particle.
3) Is this myth base the idea of the legendary Soviet doomsday machine?
In this case, every kind of statue, where is stored electricity can cause that the electrons turn the anti-electrons. So what if we would put leaf-gold between the uranium-layers of the "Tsar bomba"? That would boost the energy impulse of the most powerful nuclear weapon, whatever created.
But the thing is that the extremely thin cold layers would also store in the elements of the houses. That thing causes the same effect, what the leaf gold makes in the particle accelerators. And that thing would make that effect without the need to use any kind of nuclear explosion. The high-power electron burst can be made by using cathode-rays.

4) How this thing is connected with legends of 12 crystal skulls and other kinds of things?
In this case, the legend of the 12 crystal skulls is basing theory, that those skulls are meant to use the ignition system for the annihilation weapon. That means that the skulls, which are loaded with a precise load of electricity would put on the head of the short cathode tube, and then that tube would put on the item, which is covered with the leaf gold. That means that those skulls might be created some scientists, who worked in the secretive weapon research projects.
When we are thinking about the antimatter weapon, that would turn the electrons to anti-electrons, the only thing, that that system requires is the electricity. The electricity can be stored on the items, and when those items are connected to the tube, where are the magnetic accelerators, that thing would cause the annihilation reaction.
So when we are thinking about the case that something is turning the electrons to the anti-electrons, and that thing would be used as the weapon but also for making people afraid, we must understand that those items must be unique. The used energy levels must be very sharply calculated. And if there would be too many electrons, that thing would cause a huge explosion. That means that those electron sources must have precisely calculated electron capacity and the strange form guarantees that the right items are put on the top of the right cathode tube.
