COVID-19 and the pandemical time-bomb

COVID-19 has caused that people are starting to realize, that the pandemics are not the thing, what is belonging to movies and African jungles. The viruses are in in the middle of us all the time, and sooner or later some of the viruses are chancing and causes infections. And because in many African nations has limited health care system with limited capacity to recognize viruses, that means that nobody knows about the real number of infected people.

The route of viruses from the animals to humans is sometimes really long, but the speed of transformation would depend on the length of the genomes of the virus. If the length of DNA or RNA is short, even the small changes of the genetic code have a bigger effect than in the cases, where the length of the virus genome is long. But this thing is not sweeping, and also long genome would transform radically if the new genetic material would connect to the right place.

So how the transformation happens?

The transformation of the genomes of the viruses happens when the virus is finding new host species, but also the condition of the genetic material has an effect on that process. The electromagnetic and chemical stress is causing the damages to genetic material, and that means that the genome is chancing also in this way. So when we are talking about the "living viruses" we are talking about the virus genome's ability to connect it's genome to the processes of the cells.

If the virus has two or more layers in its structure, that means that the radiation has problems to affect the genomes. And if the chemical structure of the inner layer is different than the chemical structure of the outer layer, that makes the creation of the vaccine more difficult as usual. In those cases there is sometimes the "crystal" inside the virus, where is the genetic material.

Theoretically, the creation of vaccines is simple. The researchers must only destroy the genome inside the virus, and then inject that thing to people. But the thing is that this process must be done without damaging or changing the chemical structure of the virus makes this process difficult. The structure of the outer layer of the viruses is comprehending complicated molecules. If those molecules are changed the immune system would not recognize the virus and the vaccine does not affect.

Because the virus is only the bite of the genetic material, that means that making sure that genomes of the virus are destroyed is difficult. In the cases of bacteria, this thing happens by using the chemical marks of the metabolism of bacteria. But in the case of viruses, this method cannot be used. If we would just want to destroy viruses, we can target it with electromagnetic radiation, but if we want to create medicines against it, or create deadly viruses for vaccination that thing would be dangerous.

Making sure that all genetic material of the virus is destroyed is important before the vaccine can be used safely

Before dead viruses would be injected into the people, the researchers must be sure that the entire virus population, what is used in that process is dead. If there are living viruses that thing can cause the infection, and increase the speed of suffusing of epidemics.

And when the viruses are killed by some kind of radiation, that thing should not change the antigen of the surface of the viruses, because that thing makes the vaccine useless. In this case, the immune system would react to the wrong antigen, and this makes the creation of vaccines so difficult. The makers of the vaccine must kill the genomes inside the viruses, and make sure that nothing changes the core antigen of the virus.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som
