Coronavirus and the new pandemics

Coronavirus and the new pandemics

1) Computers and artificial intelligence are an effective tool for following the epidemics, and the key rule for creating the counter-actions against organisms is to know it.

That means that the organism must be profile, and here we must realize that the resistant bacteria can also cause pandemics. And if the antibiotics resistant bacteria like tuberculosis are starting to suffuse, the results would be the same way devastating what viruses cause.

One of the worst epidemics in history has been the plague, or "Black Death", which caused the death of millions of people in Europe. But the epidemics were global, and the number of deaths in Asia has not ever documented. Those epidemics caused by the bacillus Yersinia pestis (1), what transferred to humans by the fleas, what transferred the bacillus to the blood of the people, when they started to suck blood from humans. Then this was realized, were the epidemics easy to take under the control.

2) When the transfer-host of plaque uncovered the fleas that lived in the fur of black rats, that helped to take these epidemics under the control by killing rats. That is one of the greatest victories in the history of epidemiology.

When the laboratory would notice, that some person has a certain type of infection, that data can be stored immediately to national and international databases, what the systems would use to compile other infections with that thing. And if there are the epidemics that thing would cause the alert is the symptoms of some other patients are similar to the first case.

3) The artificial intelligence can help to recognize the organism and help the researchers to follow the changes of the genomes of the viruses and bacteria. That helps to track the origin of the epidemics, because of every time, when the virus would combine itself to the genomes of some organism, the DNA-bites or sequences of that species is connecting to virus DNA or RNA.

That kind of system can compile many types of data, which is connected to the harmful organism. That data is the microscope images of the organisms, the chemical formulas of the antigens, and the list of cell-groups, where that organism would transfer its genomes. The organism can be recognized by using that kind of data.

And artificial intelligence can compare millions of virus samples with each other. That data could help to manufacture the vaccines against that kind of organism. But when the medicine or vaccine would be manufactured, the recognition of the virus or bacteria must be done.

4) The epidemiology is not similar to medical science.

Epidemiology is the science, what purpose is to find out how the organism would transfer itself to another species. It is researching the sprawling of the organisms by using the mathematical models, what are sometimes similar, what are using in the meteorological predictions. And it is also searching the connection points, the species that can transfer the viruses from the animals to humans.

Normal actions against viruses and other epidemics are the quarantine and isolation of the patients. Also, limits for traveling are effective methods for denying the infection, because of the lack of human contacts would deny transferring the organism from one person to the second one, but if we want to make the vaccine we must know, what kind of virus or bacteria is causing the epidemics.

And those researchers are also trying to track the route of the organism and find the point, where the transferring to humans has happened. As I wrote before the epidemiologists are trying to find the route, what the organism has been traveled. Because every host of the virus has left the mark to the viral-genomes, that means that it can help to find out if the organism is artificial. If the genome (DNA or RNA-molecule) of the virus is "clean" from the DNA-sequences for other species that means that it could be artificial.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som
