Riots in places like Capitol Hill are complicated situations.

In the beginning, I must say that laws are always complicated. They are made by ordinary people who are not perfect, and that's why there are no perfect laws in the world.

If people do not trust the police as an organization. That thing is one of the most dangerous in society. If we are talking about the truth, the truth is the thing that is told to us. When police shoot somebody, that thing is very sad, and then we are facing one question. Was the person who shot armed or not?

The fact is that when a policeman (or woman) shoots somebody they always want to believe there was a weapon in the hand of those persons. And there is always the possibility that some other gang mates took the gun with them. So they are stealing the evidence. The truth of what is told in the courtroom might be very different from what happens. But there is always the possibility that the person who shot was armed.

Or in the cases that there is a gun in the side of a dead person. Somebody creates an idea that the gun was put there by police. The fact is that the criminal investigation is not so easy. The court system must follow the evidence, and then somebody always claims that the evidence is fake and eyewitnesses are telling lies. When somebody is sitting in the courtroom as prosecuted things like "this cannot be me" are filling their mind. The mind is starting to create images that the victim was armed, and the person hopes that thing.

There are always witnesses, what are telling how racist the shooter is and how disgusting a person that ex-cop is. And then some other witnesses tell how racist jokes filled the air when prosecuted was in some grill parties. And then some other people are telling how the kind person that man or woman is, and how that policeman wanted to serve and protect their community.

Nobody even tells what elder cops are telling about some neighborhood. And that thing might decrease the level of using deadly violence. The policeman might go on patrol thinking that there is some kind of war. And then the bullets break the life of somebody.

Then that kind of thing turns into a political weapon. If a judge releases that person, this thing means that every judge is racist. If the judge convicts the person, that means that the court system is supporting only the liberals and minorities. It's the same that happens. The thing is that people are seeing things polarized with their attitudes. Other people are thinking that policemen are heroes, and other people say that they are like bandits. The thing that is affecting the attitudes of people is contacts with the police.

Normally the leaders of the state should deny the violence against the parliaments and the parliamentarians. But what if the head of state makes provocations that cause riots and other kinds of things? What if the governmental actors are identified as the supporters of far-wing radicals? In normal situations orders to take the situation under the control are coming from the head of state.

The mission of the head of the state is to make bridges between people. Not increase inequality and make the walls between people. They should unite the nations not to break them. But why we always underline only the bad things? Why we ever understand that the constitutions are made by ordinary people what means that they are not perfect? Those people who are making laws want to be perfect.

But those people are not perfect. When the weapon-carrying right that every freeman has the right to carry the firearms the idea was that the people can defend themselves. And the southern law enforcers could not disarm the Union officials. The fact is that nobody ever predicted that modern firearms are a little bit different than some six-shot Peacemakers. The firepower of modern military weapons is much bigger than some Winchester, and the problem is that long weapons are classified as hunting weapons.

That means that the semi-automatic assault rifles are also "hunting weapons". And the only limit was that the regular people have not the right to own fully automatic weapons. And that limit was done when very many people were shot by using Thompson Sub-Machine guns, which were free to buy in 1920s America. Or that is how I understand it. The head of state should give neutral statements and be the leader of all of the nation. But if the leader of the nation would increase the canyons between people, that thing will provocate the riots.

And the discussions of limiting the ownership of the weapons are bunked. The argument is normally that the criminals are not returning their guns. But people who are respecting the law are making those returnings. So if assault rifles are prohibited normal people would stay at the mercy of the gangsters who are armed with the assault rifle. So ordinary people must-have equipment to defend their homes is a gun. And top of that "self-defense" equipment is an AR-18 assault rifle. That is similar to what is used in hardcore action films.

Things are more complicated if the president or some other officials are supporting the people, who are trying to affect the political system by using violence and guns. The things like presidents are telling jokes, that their supporters have the official orders or permission to make the assaults against governmental buildings is the thing, what is alarming. And in that case, some rioters might think that they have justification for making the violence against other people.

Capitol Hill is the symbol of the democracy of the USA. And this makes it a complicated place in the cases of riots. The riots are protests against something, what people are thinking to work against their rights. And this is the reason why the police should act by using silk gloves in this kind of situation.

The fact is that if ordinary people are facing people, who are angry and somehow under provocation. That makes the situation feel very dramatic and stressful for the people who have not faced that kind of violence before. The protesters might also afraid of the armed policemen, whose mission is to stop this kind of act.

In these kinds of situations that are full of stress, people who carry powerful weapons and took amphetamine and some anabolic steroids can launch very bad bloodshed. Anabolic steroids are used by bodybuilders who will not want to waste their time practicing. And sometimes those people have bad self-esteem, and they might have social problems. So they are involving some militaristic groups and buy assault rifles for supporting their self-esteem.

Those kinds of things are a good way to get authority in the eyes of other people. The thing is that these kinds of persons are using the internet to provocating each other and other people for attacking places like Capitol Hill. The attack on Capitol Hill shows social media is a good tool for planning this kind of action. And that is one of the risks, what people should understand.

The thing that far-wing actors need is violence. They want martyrs who are supporting their ideology. The problem is that some people think that policemen are their enemy. If we are asking a member of the Ku Klux Klan about the police. Those people are saying, that police are always supporting minorities.

If we are asking the same question from the Black Panther league. They would call the police as the organization that is full of racists and nazis. This is causing a very bad situation, because if people are afraid of the authority, what must protect them. And the problem is the few officers who are supporting the far-wing groups.

What the police should do or what they must have? The non-lethal acoustic weapons are the thing, that should use against rioters if we are thinking about the tactical situation. The fact is that if the rioters are armed with assault rifles, that situation can be taken under control by using tear gas. But if protesters are wearing gas masks the riot gas is not a very effective tool.

But the stable solution for the problem that would preempt the riots is really hard to make. Using surveillance tools the planners of the riots are easy to locate and they can arrest quite easily. Many people are against that kind of control, but another answer is the heavily armed police standing at every corner. The militarized police are one of the most terrifying things which people can meet.

And the most unrealistic solution is that something limits the weapon-carrying rights in the USA. The biggest problem is that everybody can go to the shop and buy a gun if they want, even in the middle of the protest march. And if somebody will get panic, that thing can cause a very bad thing. So what if some people are coming to protest by carrying the assault rifle?

In that kind of case, the police are always afraid that somebody uses weapons against them. If people are nervous that thing would not need very much that the bullets are starting to fly. And the situation can explode if somebody is yelling that there is a gunshot. The thing is that if somebody has taken amphetamine and some anabolic steroids are carrying the gun, they might start to shoot around.
