1. There are quite long canyons at the bottom of the Baltic Sea

There is a glacial canyon on the bottom of the Baltic Sea, and some of those canyons could be used in the base element of the special effects. The formation of those canyons is quite interesting because the bottom of them is about one meter below other sediments. Those forms are interesting places, and there are photos published about this formation. So find them on the Internet, because those images are copyright protected, and that's why I don't put them anywhere.

 And if the images of those canyons would be manipulated by some image manipulation program, they would be easy to transform the images, what are similar with Star Wars movie, where rebel fighters are flying in the canyon of the Death Star. The formation of those canyons is interesting, and they are forming because of the erosion of the certain point of the sediments.

2. There is, of course, many theories and stories about those things

But that would not decrease the interest of those formations, and there is, of course, many theories about them, what might be the production of the imagination. There have been told, I hope fictional stories about the things, that those canyons are dug by some ancient civilizations, what is used as the trench, and that thing has brought the name of that formation, and that is "underwater trench".

Also, there have been introduced theories, that the Soviet Navy has dug some of those canyons for the routes to their long-range nuclear torpedo, or remote controlled midget submarine, what would be driven to the Swedish naval bases and then explode into that base. But that is, of course, the theory, and there is no proves about that thing.
