Starship SN-8 of Space X corporation made its first High-altitude flight recap

This is a marvelous moment for space research and engineering. The first time the VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) space shuttle had been flown at high altitude and made the landing without the need to use a parachute. This means that the system is more flexible than the space shuttles, which are made in past.

By watching the film you can see how the rocket engines are shaking while the craft is flying. In the cases that the wobbling causes damages to the ventilation and tubes, the engines are easy to change after the flight. And the shuttle can get to a new mission faster than regular shuttles.

So this kind of spacecraft can revolutionize space missions in both civilian and military areas. The space shuttles can send repairment crews or repairment robots and materials to space in the cases that the satellites or some space stations are damaged. Or they can also make the high-altitude mapping or recon missions. But another thing is that this kind of space shuttles can also be used as space fighters or make orbital bombardment missions. And that thing is one of the scariest things in the world.

.

Things like MiG-105 "Spiral"(1) are causing discussions about how far the HGV (Hypersonic Glide Vehicle)(2) is developed. The small-size shuttle can equip with a warhead and along with Polyus(3), the MiG-105 is one of the scariest things in the world. And also USAF X-37B (4) can be used as a similar weapon system. The glider is launched from the rocket, and then it would start to glide against the target. Then the internal warhead will detonate.

The fact is that the militarization of space is a sad thing. And that means that at least also Russia and China((5) have this kind of shuttle project. We know that Russia is planning a new type of nuclear weapon, and this kind of space shuttle can also operate as a ballistic missile with the capacity to return the warhead. Maybe there are things like Polyus II type of projects, which are nastier than some Status-6 ever could be.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials. This development bridges the gap between current materials and the adaptability seen in nature, paving the way for the future of adaptive technologies. The metamorphosis in the material can thermally activate.  AI is the ultimate tool for metamaterial research. Metamaterials are nanotechnical- or quantum technical tools that can change their properties, like reflection or state from solid to liquid when the electric or optical effect hits that material.
