The tools of effective leadership
Artificial intelligence is an effective tool for monitoring the work of the workgroup. The problem with leadership is that the leader must get proper and unfiltered information, what is going on in the workplace, and the most important thing is to realize, that persons who are spending their working time other things than working are causing payments for the company. But the problem is that those people can please the leaders, and they have excellent skills to blame other people for the wasted time.
They might say, that all of their time is reserved for giving advises to other workers, or they must fix the errors, what other people have made. And they also are very good to call other people to grill parties, which makes them sometimes very popular. There is, of course, a couple of persons, who would not get a call to those parties, but who cares. That would keep this kind of person popular.
The problem is that those people are not giving incomes for the company, and the thing is that they would break the entire community. Sometimes those people are well in their job but in that case, we should ask, why they are doing the jobs, what are ordered to other people, if the primary job of the person is something else than the advisor?
But the thing, what artificial intelligence can do is look for a thing, that person does with the computer during the working time. And if in the case is in some software coding corporation, the artificial intelligence would follow, how many marks would each programmer write. and also follow the error level of each worker. That thing tells about willing and ability to make the job.
The data that artificial intelligence would give is sometimes a little bit embarrassing. That can tell that the director of the company would look at pornographic videos in the working time, even if the same person has been denied every kind of extra media from the computers of the company. The thing how we could describe artificial intelligence, in that case, would be the system that gives neutral and real information for supporting the decision.
One of the things that are in a vital role in the cases, when people make right and effective decisions is to get the right information. If the information that is given is wrong or polarized, the decision is always wrong. The thing is that when people are made something wrong, they would want to hide this kind of thing, or they don't dare to say if somebody has given the wrong advice. That kind of thing is the most important to understand, that if we would want to make the right decisions, we must get every information, what we can get.
