The idea is taken from the thing, that the normal voltage meter can detect the neural electricity, and in fact, if we would have enough time, we could store that electricity to the high-voltage capacitor, and use this device as the battery, and that thing can interest the manufacturers of the mobile telephone loading devices.  And this thing would allow making the EMP-weapon, what is surgically installed in the human body, and those EMP weapons can be activated by EEG-signal, what is coming to the implanted microchip, what operates as the decoder, what activates the system.
