The alpha-particle would cut the DNA in pieces in the one strike, and the high mass makes those particles extreme dangerous. The electron radiation is terminating the molecules in the body same way as the alpha particle, but the electrons would not injure in the same way. Protection against alpha-ray is quite an easy person needs only avoid straight contact with those particles.

Beta radiation would be more dangerous because electrons will pass the normal chemical protection and a large number of those particles would cause multiple cell deaths and DNA mutations in a large area. That causes a very large tumor, or immediate death if the radiation would be too powerful. The problem with beta-radiation is that there are much more electrons than alpha-particles.

The beta radiation causes also electric arcs, but a single electron would not cause so many damages than alpha-particle. The gamma-rays are electromagnetic radiation, which is normally quite harmless, but the problem is that this electromagnetic radiation would resonate the DNA and other molecules, what might cause the situation that the entire DNA would terminate in the entire human body.

The nucleus of atoms would send gamma radiation all the time. Alpha and beta particles are combined to the hale of the atoms, and when those particles are released the atom turns to another atom, when the nucleus will rip to two pieces. The high-speed ions would transfer a huge level of energy in the material, and that would mean that ion cannons are very dangerous.

So the death ray is simple the precisely targeted electron ray, what hits to some target. The form of the ray would be lightning, but the system can use the invisible radio weapon. The idea is that the electrons, what the system sends to target make the same injuries with radioactive radiation to the cells. The problem with this kind of electromagnetic injuries is that the cells are staying in the normal form when they are dying. This launches cell death around this injury.
