When we are thinking the case that to the particle is pumped energy its position will rise like the position of water molecule rises in the fountain. When the energy pumping is ending the particle would drop back to the base layer. When the particle drops to the base energy level it sends the wave movement around it.
The level of the energy of the particle determines how high a wave it can send. When it drops to base energy level. And every single particle is releasing energy as long as it will reach the same energy level with particle or quantum fields around it have.
So when two black holes are impacting the energy level in those impacts will rise to an extremely high level. And when the energy level of the particles that are participating that impact is dropping. They are sending the wave that is moving across the universe. That wave is similar to the sound wave that forms when the hands are hitting together.
The impacts of black holes are not the only things that are sending gravitational waves. But the only gravitational waves that can be measured are coming from black holes and their impacts. So the energy level of the energy source must be extremely high, that it can send the visible gravitational waves. The fact is that the wave movement is leaving from particle when its energy level is decreasing and it releases its extra energy as wave movement.
The rule of energy is that the energy travels from the higher energetic object or particle to the less energetic particle. This is the reason why gravitation is energy.
When particles are facing each other they are closing each other. Until the gravitation fields turning the one entirety. The same way the electromagnetism or its transportation particle electron travels from a higher voltage or capacity object to the object that has a less powerful energy level.
The wave movement like flash and other wave movement is releasing because the particle is delivering the energy. That thing is universal without depending on the size or mass of the particle. So the vaporizing of the black hole means that the black hole is losing its energy.
When black holes are forming they get an extremely high energy load. But then happens the thing that the black hole will start to lose its energy. That means the black hole is rising to the top of the energy pillar. But when the black hole is forming it would not get energy anymore. Of course, material and radiation can feed it. But then sooner or later the black hole will pull all material from around it.
That means the black hole will go in the "bubble of nothingness". And because there is no material in that bubble, the energy will start to travel out from the black hole with accelerating speed.
At the first outside the singularity will travel radiation but then the particle is starting to escape because they are pushed the wave movement. Because the speed of escaping radiation and wave movement is higher than escaping velocity of the black hole it will not get those things back.
The wave-particle duality means that the radiation. Which escapes from black holes is also taking the mass of that object away.
The reason why the black holes are vaporizing. Is that the energy levels of the particles are "willing" to stabilize. Energy travels from the black hole to the less energetic particles or space. How particles can escape from the black hole if they cannot reach the speed of light?
The answer is that by transforming to wave movement. The particle will allow traveling with the speed of light. The idea is that just behind the event horizon is circling the wave movement around the nucleus of the black hole. If the event horizon is oscillating part of that wave movement will leave outside the black hole.
If the black hole is in the middle of less energetic particles it will transfer its gravity energy to those particles. But during that process, the black hole loses photons and electrons. Sometimes it cannot get those particles back and that causes that the black hole loses its mass. And the size of the singularity will decrease. The black hole turns smaller. During that process, the wave movement would escape from the black hole at an accelerating speed.
When the event horizon moves in that mean the wave movement or radiation leaves outside the event horizon. When the size of the black hole is decreasing the surface area expands. And that causes that more and more wave movement or material comparison to the size of the black hole is escaping from it.
