When we are thinking the possibility to load data straight to the brains of the person connecting the EEG stimulator to the tongue will be more comfortable. The thing is that the person who is under the stimulation can keep in the sleep by using anesthetic gas, and the stimulation system can be covered as the breathing machine. The thing is that this kind of system can be used to make faked memories. 

This makes them dangerous in the wrong hands. Always when we are manipulating the human nervous system, we must realize that we can make a person believe things, which are not true. This makes those systems problematic. We can use them as the ultimate teaching tool, but we can use it also a very effective propaganda tool.
