Project "Stargate" and controlling other people or animals by using natural or technical telepathy.

Project "Stargate" was a CIA attempt to train people, who could use telepathy and other extraordinary methods to take people under control and even kill opponents by using telepathy and dark magic. The official version is that the attempts to make murders or otherwise affect other people's behavior by using mental powers were not successful, and that caused the end of the project.

But there is one thing, what we almost ever thought before, and that is that it's theoretically possible even kill a person by using deep suggestion. The idea bases the neurological thing, that the sympathetic nervous system is interacting with the parasympathetic nervous system, and the deep hypnosis or suggestion can cause stopping the heart or something like that if the wrong person is using those methods.

Technical solutions, the microchips that are controlling other species. If the bug is equipped with the microchip, what has the BlueTooth or WLAN communication ability, that thing allows controlling those things by using the mobile telephone application.

But there is a possibility to take the person under the control simply putting the microchip on the frontal lobe, and the electricity must just cover the own electric actions of the frontal lobe. That thing can cause a very bad situation. Even the small-sized microchip, which has very big voltage can be used in that kind of action, and in some cases, the operator could kill the victim because of exhaustion.  This thing can be happened by using a robot bug, which would send the electricity through the frontal lobe.

There is also one really interesting vision of the neural implants. The idea is that small animals like mice would be equipped with microchips, which are taking that animal under the control. In theory, the high-tech microchips can control the behavior of the animal, and at the same time send the data of its sensors to the operators by using satellite- or norma Internet for transmitting data. If the decoders can turn those EEG-waves to the images of the screen of a computer, and the sound, what can listen by using the earphones, the operator would see everything that biorobot would hear or see.

Could we control the ant or wasp societies by implanting the microchip to the queen?

But one of the most fascinating ideas is that the bugs would be implanted, and the data, what those creatures nervous system would collect can be sent to operators. If we are thinking about social bugs like ants, we could implant the queen, and control the entire community by using that microchip. That ability would give very many purposes in the civil and military areas. The ants can be used to remove aphids from the vegetables, and the ranger ants can be used even in some very brutal purposes as the advanced biological weapons.

There is only one thing, what we must realize if we would want to make that thing in real life, and that thing is we must create decoder, what would transform the nervous electric operations for the mode that the computer can translate them to visible objects what can be seen in the screen of the computer. But if we would just deliver the attack order to the ant society, we must just record the neural actions of the queen in the case, when the ants would attack, and then send those records to the neural system of the ant queen.

Plasmonic waves can make new waves in quantum technology.

"LSU researchers have made a significant discovery related to the fundamental properties and behavior of plasmonic waves, which can lead ot the development of more sensitive and robust quantum technologies. Credit: LSU" (ScitechDaily, Plasmonics Breakthrough Unleashes New Era of Quantum Technologies) Plasmonic waves in the quantum gas are the next-generation tools. The plasmonic wave is quite similar to radio waves. Or, rather say it, a combination of acoustic waves and electromagnetic waves. Quantum gas is an atom group. In those atom groups, temperature and pressure are extremely low.  The distance of atoms is long. And when an electromagnetic system can pump energy to those atoms. But the thing in quantum gas is that the atoms also make physical movements like soundwaves. It's possible. To create quantum gas using monoatomic ions like ionized noble gas. In those systems, positive (or negative) atoms push each other away.  When the box is filled with quantum gas and som

Metamaterials can change their properties in an electric- or electro-optical field.

"Researchers have created a novel metamaterial that can dynamically tune its shape and properties in real-time, offering unprecedented adaptability for applications in robotics and smart materials.
