The main benefit of artificial intelligence is that it handles great entirety, and it can compare the databases very carefully. In this kind of mission, artificial intelligence doesn't make mistakes, and the thing is that it can find things that are connecting people who have bad symptoms and find the common details like allergies, which might have connections with the symptoms. 

But the internet-based systems can allow that microscopic images of the viruses or bacteria can share with researchers along with genetic codes of that kind of thing, what is suspected to cause the epidemics. The net-based systems are always effective tools for sharing documents, and they are working in that role in many educational and business environments. 

And the genetic data like base sequence along with the electron microscope images of the viruses are also documents. They can be shared around the world, that the entire scientific community can find the answer, what type of medicals are fitting to the diseases.

In real-life those remote-operated laboratories can look like some car factories, where robot arms are hanging from the roof. That denies the attempt to steal those organisms from the laboratories. 

When we are thinking about human-shaped robots there is a possibility, that the persons, who are operating them are willing to steal the organisms by using those robots. In those laboratories is important to remember the safety, and limiting the movements of the systems allows the operators to deny things, which should not allowed. 

The internet-based data handling process allows also finding the chemical formula of the core-protein of the viruses, and maybe someday, there is some kind of medicines, that can terminate viruses. The core-protein of the viruses is a very complicated thing. But if sometimes would find the antigen, what can affect the core of the virus, that kind of thing would make the revolution in medical sciences. 

Nowadays the antigen against viruses is producing by using the cell cultures, which are made by using the immune cells of the infected people, who are amending the disease. The problem is that this kind of production of medicals must be made separately against every virus type, and that makes this kind of technique ineffective for creating medicals against viruses. 

Creating the medicals that way this method requires that some people would be infected with the virus. And then the cell cultures and the serum-separation process is very difficult to handle if there is a hurry. That's why the vaccines are still the prime method to fight against viruses, but the problem is that every single vaccine requires the viruses, and the vaccines are ineffective in the cases where the immune defense of the person is weakened. 

The thing that the researchers are wanted to make is the new type of penicillin. That "next-generation" or "advanced penicillin" would be a similar revolutionary invention what the penicillin was at that time. But there are huge problems to create those molecules, which should open the core of the virus.

This is one of the most interesting questions in the history of science, and one of the answers is that the life form, what might be on those planets would be formed in there and they would be adapted to the conditions of the surface of those planets. Red dwarfs are every time so-called flare stars, and there are massive eruptions, what would burn the surface of the planets, what is at the habitable zone. 

But the thing is that there is a possibility that the lifeforms on those planets are different than the lifeforms on our planet. One of the possibilities is the lifeforms are a little bit like some worms, which are pulling their tentacles in when the eruption of the star starts. Or another version would be the alga-type lifeform, what cells would split so fast that the flare of the star would not burn them all. 

In some simulations, the lifeforms would not be active most of the time. That means that the planet would be away from the habitable zone, and when the flare eruption happens the lifeforms would be active a couple of hours, and then go back to hypothermic sleep until the next eruption will start. That kind of lifeform could be some kind of diatoms or bacterial alga. 

The thing is that the term "lifeforms" are not the same as "intelligent lifeforms". So the worms and other kinds of animals can live at the other planets even in our solar system. But the intelligent lifeforms would be a more unusual case. The chance to find the lifeform at the extrasolar planet is always interesting. 

If there is a possibility to find the lifeform from Proxima Centauri B, that can cause the situation that we should re-estimate our models of the lifeforms and possibility to find them. If Proxima B has some kind of lifeforms the similar lifeforms can also be found from the planets of other red and brown dwarfs. 

There is a model that the brown dwarfs or red dwarfs, what are orbiting each other, would have a planet, where are the lifeforms, what is active only when both of those stars are shining to their ice-cold planet. And maybe the active period of some other creatures is limited only the time of flare eruptions. That is one model of the primitive lifeforms that are exciting and interesting, and what can be found also from other dwarf stars.

If you hear that somebody has spoken about the resonance or wave engines, they are meaning the engine, where the oscillating diaphragm is making the wave movement of the gas, which will push the aircraft across the air. Theoretically, this kind of system is quite easy to build, but practical solutions are more complicated to make.

That kind of system would be just the diaphragm or rather saying the layer where the rocket engines will blow their jet. Then the oscillation of that jet would transfer to that layer. One of the versions of this kind of solution just makes the shield over the jet- or rocket engine. Then the jet that comes from the jet pipe or nozzle would conduct to the chamber, and then the pressure would cause that the system would start to resonate with the outer layer of the chamber. The oscillation would cause that the aircraft would move across the sky without leaving the infrared trace. 

If that kind of system would put to the VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Land) aircraft, that system allows to land and take-off that thing without leaving the mark to the grass. And the thing that means the voiceless flight can be that the diaphragm would make the sound, what human eye cannot hear, and this means that the aircraft will look voiceless. This kind of system is causing the sound, but humans cannot realize it, and this makes them very useful. 

But the problem is that the systems, what are making the pressure impulses that way are keeping very loud sound. And the infrasound is causing sleep problems. This kind of solution would be an otherwise fundamental and revolutionary engine solution.

The answer is "yes" there is a possibility that the regular people are named as the informants of Police. And if those people are living in areas, that are controlled by criminal organizations, that kind of thing can cause problems. Also if the members of some gangs are named as the traitors, that kind of thing can cause revenge. The most traditional way to use words to justify violence is propaganda. The fake news is the most traditional way to deliver lies. 

Above this text is the propaganda poster from WWII. In modern propaganda, in a key role is the deep fake news, which is shared as the real information in the social media platforms. If that deep fake information is made carefully, that thing is almost impossible to separate from the real film. And also the psychological profile would make it possible to target that propaganda to the people, who want to believe it. That will help to share that thing on social media platforms. 

If somebody wants to believe that some side of the conflict is evil, the propaganda is more effective. Willing to believe makes a person unable to observe the information. Also, things like anger are causing the ability to estimate information is decreased. This is the key element in propaganda operations. Making people believe in lies, sweet little lies. 

And the fake news is only the new name for the propaganda or INFO-OPS. Information operations are an effective way to control the mind of the people. How effective that method is, depends on the source of information. If the source of information is commonly trusted and delivers the confirmed information, that thing gives more effect to faked information than if the source is seen as the deputy of some part of the conflict. 

So that means that the captured Twitter- and other social media accounts are causing very big troubles. Or what would you think about the situation that somebody is capturing the Twitter account of the President of The United States of America? Then that person can use that account to deliver things like Nazi-propaganda. That thing can cause a really bad problem for the reputation of that person and the entire nation. These kinds of things are a great danger to international relationships.

In modern propaganda or INFO-OPS, the deep fake images are bringing the new "spice" for that kind of action. The deep fakes are allowing to share faked and very impressive propaganda, which is hard to separate from the real information. 

The INFO-OPS means just simple sharing faked information. One of the versions of that kind of operation is just blamed the opposite side about crimes. The thing is that this kind of action can be done by using the homepages, and film material, where the people would just acting. This kind of movies can, of course, show authentic actions, but the players of those films might be actors, who play the opposite side fighters. 

When we are looking at those things, we must realize that there are always seen things like dead children. And the reason for that kind of thing is just making sympathy for own side. The world is full of dirty tricks and one of them is to make the headquarters under the shelter of the regular people. The attack against that kind of shelter just causes a very big number of civilian casualties. 

When we are thinking about this kind of way to handle things in the war, we must remember that there are no gentlemen. War is not the game, and the only thing that matters in the nation, what is in the middle of the conflict is the effect of its weapons. But even if the opposite side is disadvantaged there is a possibility that successful media or INFO-OPS (read: propaganda) would decline the opposite side to stop its military actions. And the best way to make that thing is to win the sympathy to own side.

Cyber-warfare is only one part of the military actions. The propaganda and faked information are things, that mission is to justify the operation. The cyberattacks like hacking are the tools, what mission is to find out the identities of the key persons of the defense for targeting them for "anti-VIP" teams for assassination. Russian Spetsnaz and their western opponents British SAS and U.S military "Delta"-troops have this kind of role in the battlefield. During the operations, the small cheat is the cheat. And cyber warfare can be used along with other weapon systems for making troubles for enemies. 

The power of media is huge when we are talking about defense, and the point is that an opponent can make different things, what it says. The reality is that there are many secrets in the world of the military. One of those secrets is that the only one tool doesn't ever bring the ultimate solution, and things like GPS-jamming are one of the most effective ways to make troubles for the enemies. 

The GPS- (or GLONASS) jamming would happen by using the plasma, which is created in the high atmosphere. The plasma can be created by using small-size nuclear explosives or ground-based systems, which are targeting the high-power radio waves to the ionosphere. That kind of system is creating artificial aurora in the atmosphere, and that thing denies the radio-based communication and use of GPS or other navigation satellites. 

Another version is to target the communication or location satellite by using the high-power radio-wave, which is acting like EMP-pulse. When we are looking at things like the attack on other countries, we must realize that there are always dirty tricks, what are deadly or they can decrease the troop's ability to fight. One of them is the bacteriological weapon, which is released to the water supply. 

That can mean things like stools, and that causes very big troubles if the water, what is meant to use as the drinking water will be polluted. Normally people think that the biological weapon requires special laboratories, but the fact is that the biological weapon is "only" bacteria, which is released in purpose for causing troubles for enemies. So the stood what is put in the well is a biological weapon as well as some Ebola-virus, which is released to cities. 

The thing is the polluting the drinking water can happen naturally, and during the war, the damages in the water supply can cause that kind of thing. When we are looking at things like "dirty tricks" in the war, we can think that the conflict begins with the hybrid operation, where the series of things like car bombs are exploded in strategic targets. Also, key persons of the defense can be eliminated by using killer-agents.

The problem with social media is, what if they are biased?

The problem with social media is that there is no way to give rules for things, what people are publishing in that media. That kind of thing is called censorship, but the problem is that what if somebody would use social media to make violent actions against other people. And then another thing is cheating.

How many people must tolerate things like spreading medical records or something like that? This is the thing, that we should think about when we are using social media. If we are thinking about things like publishing things, most people would be acting correctly, but then some of the users of the social media use that thing wrong. 

When we are thinking about this kind of situation the similar case is in history. America's highway patrolmen commented on some motorbike gangs, they said that 99% of bikers were normal people, who followed the law, but 1% of them wanted to be outlaws. That one percent is the symbol for the motorbikers, who would not want to live in the society. 

And the same thing is visible on the Internet. Most of the people want to be polite, and then some of them want to be some famous trollers, who would target almost everybody in the world. The thing that they are used as an argument on the Internet is that they have the right to say, what they want. 

Censorship is a tough term. It is often connected with dictatorship and other things like secret police. The thing is that the far way radicals are people, who are considering the freedom of the speech and they are saying that the government is removing their opinions. But there are governments on the Earth, which are corrupted and non-democratic, which are using far-wing radicals as the excuse for censoring social media. 

The most common misuse of freedom of speech is cheating and provocating people. And that thing is one of the most problematic things in the world. How to describe cheating or provocation? And what kind of provocation is prohibited? Is every image what doesn't please some people some kind provocation? 

So there is a question of more than some kind moderation. There is a question what is the thing, what would justify banning some homepages or texts? Is the thing that some moderators just don't like some text the reason for removing that thing from social media? Or should there be some common orders about that kind of thing? And who describes the frames of the line?

Sometimes astronomers are looking at the Planet Nine or Planet X(1) or "Nemesis-star"(2), what they expect to be found in Kuiper belt. The idea of those missing planet or star has been formed, when the astronomers noticed the strange errors between calculations and metering of the trajectory of Neptune. And the similar errors in the trajectory of Uranus caused that astronomers started to look for Neptune. 

On Planet Nine and "Nemesis" star is conducted many legends and one is that some dictators like Adolph Hitler have tried to escape to the solar system of that hypothetical star. There is no proof about this kind of plan, but that kind of thing always interests the novelists. But the reality is that nobody ever has seen the Planet Nine or "Nemesis-star". So that object is the purely hypothetical thing, what is mentioned being some Brown Dwarf or super-earth. 

The legend of this strange and still hypothetical red or brown dwarf star, what orbits the sun, or what would come so close to our solar system, that it causes terrible disasters on Earth has been somehow quite unknown for the great audience. There has been introduced the idea that "Nemesis" would be Proxima Centauri or Luhman-16 and Barnard's star, which is coming near our solar system in a certain period. 

The thing is that it requires that Barnard's star Luhman 16 are also orbiting Alpha Centauri, as well Proxima Centauri does. In image two is the diagram of the nearest stars of our sun, and if we would want to search Nemesis, we must think about the Alpha Centauri as the middle point of the diagram. 

And Alpha Centauri double star is more massive than the Sun, and that means that this object has a greater effect on its neighbors than the sun. But the thing is that the trajectories of those stars don't match and there has been introduced that the mysterious "Nemesis" is the phenomenon, where those stars are in the line, and that causes a powerful gravitational effect in our solar system. 

But the question is, why nobody sees that star? The problem with Nemesis is connected to the problem of hypothetical "Planet Nine". Where is the ninth planet of our solar system? There could be one answer for that thing, and that is that the star, what had rendezvous with the Sun has been "stolen" that planet. And is that star "Nemesis"? If "Nemesis" exists, what of those stars it could be? 

Or is "Nemesis" some kind of black hole (3) or "silent" neutron star, which travels in the empty area in the Universe, where it has no contact with the material. And that means there would be no radiation either from a black hole or neutron star.
